On 15th August 2025, in Seoul, we hosted the NEXT-A × BOSS 2025 Summer Networking Party, and I am grateful to say it was exactly what we hoped it would be: small, genuine, and meaningful.
A total of 13 participants joined us that night, including 5 U.S. Army soldiers and KATUSA soldiers, who spent quality time together. There was no stage, no formal agenda, just people from different backgrounds connecting naturally over dinner, games, and other activities.
What stood out most to me was how quickly barriers disappeared. Language, nationality, and rank didn’t matter. What mattered was curiosity, respect, and the willingness to listen. Moments like these remind us that strong alliances are not built only through policy or institutions, but through real human connection.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to come out and be part of this evening. NEXT-A will continue to create spaces where cross-cultural friendships can grow organically, one conversation at a time.
Looking forward to the next gathering.
